Job Title Windows 11 Support Technician
Duration 6 months Location Chandler, AZ 85286 (100% onsite) Top Skills * Windows Migration experience * Intune * Troubleshooting * Desktop Support Description This is a 6-month project to migrate 600 devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11. We are looking for an End User Services Support Technician with a strong technical experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead and organize enterprise migrations from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate problems and resolutions to all colleagues, including the Executive team, are essential. Responsibilities * Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying the Windows 11 migration schedule. * Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues related to the Windows 11 migration. * Provide support services for technical problems involving desktop, laptop, or network services. * Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate to appropriate technical personnel or IT vendors. * Provide case status updates to management and end users. * Support and maintain effective relationships with end users. * Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and end user guidelines. * Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of company-issued computers and related systems. * Assist System Administrator with M365/O365 administration. Qualifications * Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles with some project management. * Extensive knowledge of Windows deployment tools/applications (AutoPilot/Intune). * Strong skills in Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Office Online, Active Directory, Windows servers, and cloud environments. * IT Certification (A+, Net+ or MCSA) or IT-related college degree preferred. * IT network knowledge and hands-on experience with PC hardware and software setups, backup systems admin, AD administration, VPN, etc. * Willingness to learn and grow into new responsibilities and technologies. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. * Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with customers in non-technical terms. * Proven success with handling helpdesk escalations. * Well-organized, flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Ability to perform physical labor of 40lbs or more. * Ability to lead and support other team members through projects and daily tasks.
