*Urgent Hire: Customer Sales Support (100% Remote) *
*Work Enviroment: *100% Remote with equipment provided *Pay:* $20-$22/hr (Based on experience) *Description* Helping customers that already have their company's product to get whatever they need: are they happy with the product? Any troubleshooting questions?, place supply orders, etc. Need strong customer serve, all external/patient facing phone calls, 20-25 per day (14-15 mins per call), this is the team that speaks to patients most post receiving pump so they focus on retention, providing a positive experience in conversation versus robotic back and forth, no script but given points they need to hit depending on the call, they all vary. Will be conversing with patient as they navigate multiple screens/programs to resolve the issue, keeping it very friendly and efficient. *Skills* Customer service, call center, inbound and outbound calls, ms office suite *Top Skills Details* Customer service,call center,inbound and outbound calls *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Previous customer facing roles: hospitality, call center, customer service * Call center ideal, open to industry experience * Critical thinking and multi-tasking are two soft skills they will be looking for the most; are you solution oriented and able to provide the patient with the best experience, while solving for the problem? *Experience Level* 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience or experience with sales support *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
