Overview: We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Analyst to join our client's team to support a variety of end users. This role involves providing technical assistance in the management, deployment, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies, including desktop applications, smartphones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems. This is an 80% remote position with weekly visits to Madison, WI (as needed) and occasional travel across the state of Wisconsin. Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. * Assist with the installation and support of telephones, cellphones, and video conferencing solutions. * Manage Cisco infrastructure and endpoints, Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD, and telecommunication company relationships. * Support and manage smart phones, AirWatch, Apple Business Management, and video conferencing accounts. Required Skills & Experience: * 2-5 years of experience in video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management. * Experience with unified communications systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc.). * Proficiency in mobile device support and management. * Strong understanding of networking concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc.). * Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
