In this position you will be collecting on deceased debt. Will need someone with thick skin because not all conversations will be easy. Potential to make good money from commissions! HIRING ASAP! Job Description: * Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines * Will be making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt * Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards * Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work * Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate estate information and identify potential money sources * Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines Skills: customer service, outbound calling, call center, telemarketing, customer service oriented, outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE * HS Diploma or GED * 1+ years of customer service experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00 nefits (healthcare, dental, PTO, etc): medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, 401K, yearly performance/comp evaluations, PTO 16 days/year and holiday pay Career Advancement/Financial Opportunity: HIGH earning potential, typically first year in this role hourly + commissions = 40K - 60K, good performers the second year can double that Culture/Community Involvement: The culture is very calm and laid back, early outs of Fridays!
