Job Description: Position Summary: The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance and advice for the Company. In this position, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal counsel on various commercial issues relevant to the Company's business including, operations, commercial matters, financings, project development, general corporate matters, real estate matters, M&A, regulatory and litigation matters, and other major projects and initiatives. This position reports to the General Counsel and is located in our Charlotte, N.C. offices. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities:
