DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Resources Analyst 3, you will report to the human resources director and supervise two human resources analyst 2 positions, which are engaged in providing support to over 1,000 employees in programs associated with the employee benefits/time section, PA Game Commission's Workers Compensation, Heart and Lung for FOP-covered officers, modified duty for work-related absences, safety, time administration, State Employee's Assistance, SECA, and workplace violence. Some of these duties will include:
- Administer benefits: Oversee benefits enrollment, answer employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on time, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records.
- Coordinate Time Administration: Maintain time tracking systems, ensure accurate reporting, and support managers with scheduling needs.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 45-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 (Commonwealth title); or
- Three years of analytical experience that includes two years of professional human resource experience, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
