2+ years experience supporting AWS SES (Amazon Simple Email Service) and Amazon Mail Manager configured for SMTP Relay. * Expertise with Exchange 2016/2019 support and upgrade in a Hybrid configuration with Office 365. * Utilizing SMTP Basic Authentication and Modern Authentication methods. * Utilizing Load Balancers to offer High Availability to the Onprem Exchange System. * Expertise in Powershell. *Description* The Senior Messaging Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's multiple messaging systems, including "Exchange 2016 / Exchange Online (Hybrid)". The Senior Messaging Administrator will manage the messaging infrastructure, ensuring that it is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of the organization. The Senior Messaging Administrator will work closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that messaging systems are integrated with other systems and meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: *Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. *Design, implement, and maintain messaging systems, including "Exchange 2016/2019/ Exchange Online (Hybrid)", Teams, Office, Outlook, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Bookings, Power BI, and SharePoint. *Manage the messaging infrastructure, ensuring that it is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of the organization. *Monitor messaging systems for performance, availability, and security, and take proactive measures to address issues. *Develop and implement policies and procedures related to messaging systems, including email retention and archiving, security, and access control. *Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that messaging systems are integrated with other systems and meet business requirements. *Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for messaging systems. *Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in messaging systems. *Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to messaging systems. *Develop and maintain documentation related to messaging systems and processes. *Scripting skills using Powershell. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. *5+ years of experience in messaging systems administration, with a focus on email systems. *Strong technical skills in messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Teams and Office 365. *Experience with email retention and archiving, security, and access control. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and business stakeholders. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. *Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification in messaging systems is a plus.
