Location:

Work Arrangement: In-office

This position is a seasonal position from February 2025 to mid-April 2025. This role may be up to 40 hours a week, with an expected schedule of 8am-5pm and occasional weekend work.

A Day in the Life

A typical day as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant in might include the following:

  • Organizing client documents and scanning, filing, and/or faxing as required.
  • Maintaining client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Utilizing Engagement software to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Preparing, editing and formatting of financial statements, forecasts and general correspondence through word processing and spreadsheet tasks.
  • Conducting math checks, proofing and formatting of financial statements before they are processed.
  • Sorting incoming mail, delivering internally, and processing and posting outgoing mail.
  • Assisting with various administrative support-type tasks such as answering phones or scheduling meetings when needed.
  • Assisting with office errands.
  • Greeting & assisting clients.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the Office Administrator and Administrative Leads.

  • You have a strong customer service mentality.
  • You have strong data entry, computer skills and attention to detail.
  • You work well independently and within a team environment.
  • You have the ability to adjust quickly, as priorities in this role change rapidly.
  • You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • You have the ability to work on a seasonal basis - February-April 2025; 30-40 hours per week.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
