DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the Director of the Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing state and federally funded programs; developing policies; addressing programmatic issues; managing a bureau of professional and support staff; and collaborating with state and federal agencies, intermediate units, school districts, county administrators, and advocacy groups. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Schedule negotiable based on operational need.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. You may be required to report to the Harrisburg office to attend meetings, as determined by your supervisor.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six years of professional human services or social services program development and evaluation experience, including three years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training including three years of supervisory experience in a human services or social services program.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have at least 3 years of early intervention experience.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
