We are hiring a QA Analyst to join our team in Madison, WI (hybrid 3 days/week). Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to advise and ensure appropriate testing on projects and serve as a conduit in delivering quality results. * Dive into ongoing projects and ask the appropriate questions to plan and create test cases and understand what needs to be done in terms of integration and regression testing. * Provide recommendations on appropriate testing strategies and methodologies for assigned work. * Perform analysis and identify candidates for test automation, determining the appropriate technology required. * Using the existing automation framework, design and develop automated test scripts and maintain and update existing scripts. * Analyze results of test runs and determine cause of failures. * Document, communicate, and track the progress of defects on through resolution. * Actively participate in design reviews and provide feedback on features, user story acceptance criteria, and usability. * Identify and communicate situations that put the project quality at risk. * Contribute to the design and implementation of testing processes, tools, and frameworks. * For larger initiatives, work with Project Manager to design and execute test plan and appropriate test status communication. * Work with business partners and cross-functional team members to identify, prepare and document appropriate test cases, test scenarios and test data. Experience Required: * Minimum of five (5) years of prior IT and/or Business-related experience * Worked within an agile environment * Ability to automate tasks and tests * Web technology understanding (HTML, CSS, Javascript, APIs) * SQL experience * Automated Testing (Appium, Selenium) * Prior experience with reviewing requirements, writing user stories, discovering risks, and identifying areas to be tested * Past experience educating team members on testing approaches and methodology. This position is hybrid in Madison, WI (3 days/week). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
