*Description* We are looking to add a Mortgage Recording Specialist to our team! Previous mortgage experience is not required, but preferred**** This position will... * proof read and audit recordable mortgage documents * perform formal review and inspection of recordable documents to ensure accuracy * process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents * entering title information into a data base * verifying information to be invoiced for services to counties, states and clients looking to close title work on a residential or commercial property The work is more administrative and data entry based, and will require a candidate to work extensively within Outlook, Excel (very basic functions), and other basic programs. *Skills* Mortgage, Scanning, Filing, Data Entry, recording, erecording, loan servicing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: 6+ months document review experience in the mortgage industry High school diploma 6+ months working professionally with Microsoft Office *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 18, 2025.
