Acara Solutions is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative for a Manufacturing Company in Montgomeryville, PA

Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Service position is to support the order-to-invoice process for business line customers.
  • The roles and responsibilities of this essential position ensure products are ordered on time for delivery while minimizing risk for the team, business line, and company.
  • Liaise between Sales, Technical delivery consultant, and production sites to collect all details required for order item creation
  • Communicate production requirements and shipping needs with local and Intercompany manufacturing sites
  • Support all invoicing activities and communication requirements for shipments: monthly, quarterly, and at year-end
  • Support Sales Ops by representing the CS team to provide requirements for production by customer
  • Interact daily with manufacturing sites as it relates to issuance needs
  • Ensure all corporate processes are implemented and followed for the Order to Invoice process
  • Represent the team on video calls for various topics/customers/products
  • Complete quarterly audits with accuracy and a 90% score
  • Document, report, and track for follow-up and corrective actions all issues reported by the customer
  • Attend training as required to support the Customer Service position
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural company with various English accents spoken.
  • Comfortable managing daily responsibilities while working in a remote location away from the Customer Service Manager or team

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract to Hire.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in working with customers and internal teams to support order to invoice process.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service processing orders (not on the phone- most of the work is through email).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting the sales team by taking in orders, entering orders in the system, and doing lots of follow-up.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in ERP system for invoicing tasks (We use Oracle).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Professional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
