Description Acara Solutions is seeking Facilities Maintenance Techs to join our client's team in Tolleson, AZ. Full-time, direct hire with great benefits. Pay Rate: $27-34/hr. Duration: Direct Placement Shift: Hiring on All shifts, Day and Night Facility technicians will provide support in the operation, maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facilities Duties and responsibilities: Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RO system, chiller system, pump system, compressed air system, and exhaust gas treatment system Operate the BMS system and adjust the facilities according to the BMS system Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility system Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for electrical problems and optimization of systems Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for facility problems and optimization of systems Adhere to safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with facility equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections Stay updated on advancements in facility technology and industry best practices Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
