Job Details Works to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and acts as consultant on human resources' matters.The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted partner who provides HR guidance and employee relations subject matter guidance to divisional leadership, managers, and employees in promoting and fostering of a fair, positive, and collaborative working environment. In collaboration with divisional management, HR leadership and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), the HRBP contributes to the implementation and management of HR and employee and labor relations strategies, philosophies, processes, and programs to ensure the achievement of divisional and enterprise wide-initiatives.Job Description Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson Maintains knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Jefferson Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
