Posting Summary	Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Tutor III for Academic Support Services. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Works with students with specific specialized academic needs. Meets with assigned at-risk students to review course materials, assist with comprehension, and develop study skills. Provides lessons plans to help students in achieving academic goals. Reports to Academic support staff on students' progress for assigned sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
Certifications/Licenses
Preferred Qualifications	Master's degree. Experience in teaching, secondary education, and/or academic support with special populations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Patience, persistence, and positive attitude.

Immunization Requirements
