Regal Medical Group: Prior Authorization Pay: $25/HR Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm (60-minute lunch) Contract: 90-120 days - potential for extension dependent on performance Training: 8-16 weeks of training (systems and call volume expectations) Office Setting: Cubicle corporate office Paid Holidays: Christmas and New Years Start date: 1/14/25 Job Description: Asa key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing prior authorizations and handling referrals. You will reach out to members to provide necessary information and support. Additionally, you will conduct daily notification calls, making 60-80 calls per day. Your role will also include providing administrative support for authorization and denial processes.
