Bone and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) is a highly complex and resource-intensive treatment requiring a specialized multi-disciplinary team. Under the general supervision of BMT leadership, the BMT Clinical Social Worker III provides clinical social work services, including comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and treatment planning; ongoing psychosocial evaluation; counseling for adjustment to illness and the impact of treatment; psycho-education; and linkage with resources, e.g., support and financial assistance. Services are provided to patients and their caregivers in both out-patient and in-patient settings. The Clinical Social Worker III also participates in related department functions. Performs all other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $95,626 - $125,990 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.80 - $60.34 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
