The opportunity

In this role you can expect to travel to customer sites, where you will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of NanoScience products. Site reports must be completed in a timely fashion. You will receive training on how our instruments work, so that you can monitor them effectively as well as provide training to the customer to ensure that they have a full understanding of the how they operate.

About you

Whether you are applying as an experienced field engineer or from an educational/research environment, it is preferred that you will have prior experience of working with cryogenics, ideally OI instruments and have a strong background in physics.

A love of travel is a must, with the flexibility for overnight stays during the week and some weekends away from home. We also operate a weekend on call service for our key customers, so a willingness to cover these every 4 weeks is essential.
