Summary:
The Manager, Trade Operations is responsible for trade relations including managing the day to day activities of the third party logistical provider, collecting data and performing analytics across all channel customers (wholesaler, distributor, retail/specialty pharmacy, HCOs, hospitals). This position will be responsible for reviewing sales and chargeback data to ensure alignment to contracts, eligibility and compliance with the company's chargeback policy. This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
Interaction:
The incumbent will work closely with Commercial Operations & Analytics, Finance and National Accounts.
