Get to Know Your Team: Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma and tertiary care center and home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group and Portneuf Air Rescue. Responsibilities A Desktop Support Services Technician provides support and quality service to Portneuf Medical Center staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support Experience in a Citrix based environment a plus Experience in a Healthcare environment a plus Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Experience working with Cloud based applications Experience working with iOS devices Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives
