You will begin your journey with a comprehensive four-month training program where you will study for and obtain your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, along with receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Key Responsibilities: * Be the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily, ranging from simple account inquiries to complex financial transactions. * Provide world-class service, ensuring stellar experiences with each client interaction, in line with our client-centric values. * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. * Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions, emphasizing a team-oriented approach. * Participate in regular coaching and career development activities, furthering your personal and professional growth. What We're Looking For: * Strong collaborators who excel in fast-paced environments, are passionate about client service, and intend to build a career in Financial Services. * College degree (highly preferred). * 0-2+ years' experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally within a team-oriented environment. * High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in customer service software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A curiosity for continuous learning and a desire to deepen knowledge relevant to the financial services industry. * Day in the Life: * In this role, you will take calls from financial advisors who are assisting their clients with significant financial decisions. After an extensive training period, you will be equipped to guide them through the necessary processes, paperwork, and resolutions effectively and empathetically. Work Environment: * Hybrid position requiring three in-office days once available, with remote work prior to that as your training progresses. * First shift availability required between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm MST, with training from 7 am to 3:30 pm MST. * Candidates must have a proper work-from-home setup, including reliable internet access and a secure environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
