THE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently seeking a Account Manager to join our dynamic Hospitality Sales Team! This is a home office-based role. The Account Manager will report into the Team Leader of the Hospitality Team and focus on new business development. The Account Manager will oversee a territory of assigned hotel accounts as well as support the Regional Account Team with large-scale projects and customers. This individual will spend most of their time growing their portfolio through relationship building, marketing and promotional tactics, CRM tools, cold calling, leveraging LG technology, attending industry shows, visiting current and prospect customers, and working with valuable reseller partners and distributors. You will collaborate with the Regional Hospitality Team, the National Hospitality Team, LG Product Teams, value-added resellers, and distributors. Success in this role requires a proven track record and relevant experience in selling technology solutions to hotel and/or B2B customers. An understanding of the hospitality industry, a history of meeting sales targets, and the ability to cultivate new relationships and find business opportunities is essential for achieving overall business objectives. This individual will largely contribute to the hospitality team's YoY sales growth and will be instrumental in growing LG's U.S. hotel market share.
