TEKsystems has a long term contract for a Organizational Change Management Consultant with SAP S4 experience and Salesforce is a huge plus. Our client is beginning a business-led transformation program that's strategically aimed at transforming their ways of working and improving end-to-end processes enabled by technology. It's a multi-phased program that consists of migrating from a legacy ERP (IFS) to SAP S/4HANA in a Rise environment. A separate program run by a sister company has created the initial solution and maintains the instance and environment that also needs to host our client's solution.
As part of this they are hiring a Change & Business Adoption Manager (SAP OCM Consultant) for 18 - 24 months. This consultant must have significant experience with business adoption of SAP, will work very closely with executive team - he/she will be the face of the project to the executive team. Formal Job Description: As the Change & Business Adoption Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the Program meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology that are impacted by the Program system transitions. You will collaborate with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve problems, while also reviewing project plans and coordinating project activities to meet organizational goals. Specific Job Responsibilities: *Collaborate with the SI partner to complete change management cycle via OCM program: strategize, implement, sustain outcomes, and apply change management methodologies. *Identify stakeholders impacted by the transition, assess the magnitude of change, and devise and execute change management strategies and plans to optimize employee productivity and engagement. *Collaborate with the transformation director, Global Process Owners, technical experts, and business subject matter experts to grasp the technology solution, development process, and go-live strategy. *Anticipate potential change-related risks and obstacles and formulate mitigation tactics. *Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change journey by collaborating with project teams. *Functionally lead team of change management agents/champions/super users embedded in business functions, to facilitate adoption. *Lead efforts to gather input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. *Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to comprehend the ramifications of proposed changes across various business units and departments. *Offer guidance and support to project teams on best practices in change management and assist in executing change management activities. *Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance the efficacy of change initiatives, proposing recommendations for refinement. *Manage team members responsible for communication and training for the program. *Enable the creation, dissemination, and management of crucial communications. *Contribute insights, document requirements, and facilitate the design and delivery of training programs. *Assist in developing a comprehensive change management toolkit inclusive of templates. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred. *Demonstrated experience in change management, project management, or a comparable role. *Profound understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. *Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across all organizational levels. *Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and devise pragmatic solutions. *Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams and departments. *Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous. *PMP certification preferred. Other Information: *This is a Remote position, up to 20% travel to our Colorado HQ's will be required depending on project needs *This is an 18 month to 2-year project position.
