Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting Manager - Sr Manager Our Quality practice is where Quality innovation meets leading-edge technology. We help improve product quality, ensure compliance, optimize design quality processes, manufacturing quality processes, supply chain quality processes and reduce time to market and enhance overall operational efficiency. As a team member of the Quality practice, you will be exposed to the cutting-edge technologies and processes that many leading companies and government agencies utilize. What would you do? As a Manager, you'll be given end-to-end responsibility for the complex program management and project delivery. You will play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping digital Quality solutions for clients and maintaining and growing industry as their center of gravity. Analyze and design new organizational design, operation model and Quality business processes. Identify and define detailed business requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective. Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project activities. Calculate and crisply articulate the business value generated by solutions. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from design, implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
Here's What You Need: Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, computer science, supply chain, system engineering, business management/administration, life sciences (e.g. biochemistry, biology or chemistry) or relevant field. ?Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in complex program management and project delivery preferably in consulting, in the context of Quality transformation, Quality culture, Quality organization design, QMS (Quality management system) implementation and organization change management. Minimum of 4 years of experience:
