General Responsibilities:




  • Support NIWC Pacific Corporate Strategy while providing training and support to Process Automation Team


  • Implement next-generation web application using software engineering best practices in the latest technologies


  • Meet with new and existing customers to collect user requirements for process automation tools
  • Recommend platform(s) for new user tool (data storage, automation tool, visualization tool, and user interface)
  • Develop user requirements into functional requirements, and deliver to tool developers
  • Track completion of functional requirements by developers
  • Perform regression testing on functional requirements
  • Demonstrate prototype tools to customer and gather additional requirements
  • Assist in the creation of user guides for automated tools
  • Support process management, including continuous performance/process improvement, with managing and analyzing data, metrics, and reports for program performance, and special projects
  • Foster collaborative business relationships with government client, business partners, and team members



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business from an accredited college or university
  • High level organizational skills, spreadsheet and report development, data/metrics collection, data analysis, brief preparation,and client facing customer service
  • Experience with knowledge management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
  • Experience working independently, prioritizing multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and ensuring delivery of quality products


  • Knowledge of the following languages: Microsoft PowerFX, Javascript


  • Expert experience developing Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power apps (especially model-driven apps)
  • Expert knowledge in SharePoint including; Lists, HTTP, and/or API requests
  • Use data services of Dataverse integration using API (Azure API Management)
  • Develop proprietary Power Apps while training junior level developers and key stakeholders in the Corporate Strategy sector
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Software Documentation
  • Experience working with PowerBI datasets and data visualizations
  • Knowledge of JIRA & JIRA Workflows



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Demonstrated experience with Jira (Hub Services), Dataverse, Power BI, ADVANA, and/or UiPath



Salary: $100k+ to align with education and experience
