How You'll Perform the Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipping department, including transportation requirements. He/she will manage a team of direct reports to coordinate the movement of finished goods through the warehouse, rotating the finished goods inventory, and picking/packing/shipping the finished goods in compliance with company and customer requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse, docks and all related equipment. He will direct activities to limit costs, improve accuracy, and maintain exceptional customer service.
