Theater Director Brophy College Preparatory is currently accepting applications for a Theater Director beginning in August 2025. Responsibilities Include: Craft and promote vision for Brophy's theater program housed in our black box theater. Lead fall and spring productions and other student produced performances. Close coordination with Xavier College Preparatory's theater program (Xavier is Brophy's "sister school"). Qualifications: Passion for theater and working with high school students. 2+ years of directing experience preferred. Directing philosophy grounded in a whole student approach. Brophy is a Catholic, Jesuit college preparatory school and the faculty and staff are committed to living out those values personally and professionally, including the work of anti-racism. Compensation and Benefits: This is a stipended position, competitive with surrounding school districts. Theater is an after school co-curricular activity. The ideal candidate would be able to take on a teaching position on our faculty, as well.
