Senior Digital and Technology Product Owner (Hybrid)

This position will provide a goal-oriented focus in delivering high impact and complex customer-facing digital/technology solutions that enable the organization to achieve its business objectives and goals. Contributes to the product vision and roadmap through strategic focus in driving an iterative development process. Evaluates opportunities and determines what gets built; has broader decision-making authority with product suite. Coaches' others and leads teams with limited oversight from management.

You will report to the Director, Business Systems.

Position Compensation Range:

$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for HR technology and people analytics that aligns with the overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Product Roadmap:Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and deployment of HR technology solutions and analytics capabilities.
  • Project Management:Lead cross-functional teams in the development, testing, and deployment of HR technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Analytics:Utilize data analytics to drive insights and decision-making and develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • User Experience:Ensure that HR technology solutions provide a seamless and intuitive user experience for employees and HR professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and people analytics and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our capabilities.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Experience: Background in HR technology, people analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Project Management:Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership:Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of the following office location: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
