Subject matter expert for all front end systems including MRP system (Oracle), technical data package review, and documentation control. Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining assembly documentation Responsible for initiating the methodology by which printed circuit boards assemblies are manufactured efficiently and consistently in order to meet customer quality requirements Plans, organizes, and accomplishes the goals for assigned area with regard to safety, quality, productivity, on time delivery, and cost performance Monitors quantitative performance metrics and takes corrective actions as required to attain goals established by the Engineering Manager Applies appropriate structured problem solving methods and techniques to improve performance of assigned area Contributes to the achievement of total customer satisfaction by providing high quality and timely service to all internal and external customers Applies common engineering principles to identify and quantify improvement opportunities for product design and process methodology, and will consider all aspects of the manufacturing process including manpower, methods, materials, machines, measurements, and the work environment Prepares project plans and manages/executes the completion of those plans in a time-critical fashion
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure orders and change notices are completed in a timely manner to avoid production delays Work with engineering manager on documentation needs Support engineering team on the development and implementation of cost-effective design, installation, method of transfer, monitoring, and modification of manufacturing processes. Analyzes documentation control and provides direction to engineering team on corrective actions Prepares project plans, manages/executes completion in time-critical manner Establishes and maintains systems for determining whether a product, as designed, can be manufactured Perform and document 8D root cause / corrective action investigations

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
