Job Summary:
You will provide high-level administrative support of a moderately complex nature for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. You will perform advanced, diversified, confidential and administrative responsibilities requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures. You will provide analytical and planning assistance to senior executives and resolve routine and complex inquiries. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will support include the Chief Financial Officer, Senior VP of Human Resources, and the Senior VP of Legal/General Counsel. This may change over time. You will support and coordinate meetings and conferences both internally within the Bank and System-wide. You will provide other administrative coverage and perform ad hoc projects for the Bank officers as assigned.

What You Will Do:

Perform multiple administrative and analytical responsibilities to contribute to the Bank's efficiency, such as, but not limited to:

* Maintain calendars for senior executive Bank officers, arrange and schedules meetings, coordinate meetings with other Bank officers, help organize materials for meetings attended by senior executives.

*Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including directing visitors and maintaining correspondence.

*Maintain Bank files and related documents. Enter and review time and attendance in Workday for staff.

*Schedule and support Bank meetings: coordinate speakers and attendees; order food; work with event services to plan and implement trainings; schedule conference facilities; arrange for appropriate materials and visual aids; and provide in-person administrative support for System meetings on request.

* Work on ad hoc assignments, including preparing materials, including reports and spreadsheets.

*Prepare and maintain reports requested by officers and managers.

*Organize files and retain documents following retention schedules.

*Work cooperatively with department personnel on ad hoc assignments.

*Maintain departmental supplies (by obtaining and using a Bank purchase card), ensuring all transactions are verified and coded in Workday.

*Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements.

*Substitute for other administrative staff by absences and provide additional administrative support when needed.

*Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Have:

Knowledge and Skills:

*Demonstrated proficiency in PC skills, including strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

*Good communication skills, both oral and written.

*Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and pro-active support of a controlled environment.

*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

*Good analytical and math skills.

Education and Experience:

* Associate's degree preferred.

* Minimum of five years' related experience required.

Other Requirements:

* Ability to work in a team environment where personal initiative and interest in expanding professional skills are valued.

* Ability to coordinate multiple activities and follow deadlines.

Physical Requirements: May require working at personal computer (PC) for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity required for filing and retrieving documents, boxes and materials. The position is hybrid eligible. Performing the responsibilities of this job will likely require onsite, in-person attendance that may deviate from Bank-wide norms.

The salary grade for this position is: 13. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills, and internal equity and alignment with market data.
