Job Description

The Sr. Revenue Growth Management Analyst is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market share across assigned divisions. This role analyzes market trends, competitive pricing, and internal data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. In collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance, this role ensures alignment with business goals and drives pricing decisions that support regional and business objectives.

What You'll Brew:
Pricing Strategy Implementation
* Refine and implement regional pricing strategies in alignment with overall company objectives and market conditions
* Conduct or analyze competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities for differentiation
* Monitor and adjust pricing based on market dynamics, cost changes, and consumer behavior
* Develop, maintain and communicate market level price and promotional plans as well as managing distributor reimbursement process
Data Analysis, Forecasting and Reporting
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and pricing performance to inform pricing decisions
* Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, competitive positioning, and market conditions to senior management
* Use statistical and analytical tools to forecast pricing impacts and optimize pricing strategies
* Complete accurate monthly revenue and discount forecasts for current year and next year by distributor as well as documenting variances between plan and actual results
* Price promotion analysis and evaluation including building proposals for Revenue Council approval as well as completing postmortem analysis that summarize findings and
conclusions
Pricing Optimization
* Implement pricing models and tools to optimize price points and maximize revenue
* Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed
* Evaluate and respond to wholesaler objections and challenges
Market Research
* Conduct or analyze competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities for differentiation
* Conduct regional market research to understand consumer preferences, price sensitivity, and competitive landscape
* Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to refine pricing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with RGM strategy team to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with promotional plans and financial targets
Compliance and Documentation
* Ensure pricing practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions and adjustments

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of demonstrated contributions to team efforts through strong financial modeling and analysis skills (SFA)
* Experience in cost accounting, financial planning and forecasting, statistical modeling, and an ability to understand and analyze cost metrics
* Demonstrated ability to use advanced analytical competencies to analyze and leverage data from internal and external sources, and persuasively present findings
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to successfully influence cross-functionally
* High sense of urgency and the ability to handle numerous requests simultaneously
* Strong time management and project management skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP experience
* Consumer products experience
* Proficient with MS Office applications (advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, experience with Power BI)

Level: 5

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $81,600 and $140,400. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
