Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator to join our Human Resources at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI
This is a great-entry level opportunity for those looking to start their career in HR!
You will support our Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and HR Business Partners, in addition to completing other general administrative tasks for the department. In this role, you will partner with members on our HR team, as well as hiring managers, interview panel members, candidates, and team members. You will report to our Director of Talent Development.

Essential Responsibilities:
Talent Management and Development: Assist with the implementation of ongoing talent management processes and support the You Belong Here (DEI&B) program.
Talent Acquisition: Post and close jobs in ATS and niche job boards, schedule in-person and virtual interviews, and arrange candidate travel.
Team Member Onboarding: Draft offer letters, conduct criminal background checks, and facilitate onboarding and orientation of new team members.
Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and manage expense reports, employee reporting, general administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills for Success:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
One to two years of administrative, HR experience preferred
Strong organization and time management skills, teamwork, attention to detail, a customer-centric mindset and champion of candidate experience
