Job Title: Engineering Manager - Design and InnovationReporting To: Manager Staff, SDG EngineeringWork Schedule: Onsite - Niagara Falls, NY Moog Space and Defense Group is projecting significant growth driven by high levels of U.S. Department of Defense spending and the thirst for human exploration.The Niagara Falls Site supplies rocket engines, propulsion systems, and propellant tanks for a variety of spacecraft, launch vehicle and strategic defense missions. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Design team which focuses on new production introduction (NPI), internal research and development (IRAD), legacy product design, as well as tooling and fixturing design for propulsion systems, rocket engines, and propellant tanks. This role will report to the head Engineering Manager for the Niagara Falls Site / Engines Business Unit (BU) and requires the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access to U.S. export-controlled information. Salary Range Transparency: Niagara Falls, NY $135,000.00-$175,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
