Business Process Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of key business processes and system implementation projects. With multiple high-priority initiatives and a growing portfolio of strategic projects, this role is critical to ensure project success. The Project Manager will bring strong organizational skills and expertise in managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
Coordination of Technical Deliverables


  • Work closely with technical teams to define, document, test, and deliver system and process requirements on time.


Timeline, Budget, and Status Management


  • Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deviations are communicated and mitigated.
  • Track budgets and adjust to avoid cost overruns.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders with clear insights into project progress, health, and risks.


Testing, Training, and Cutover Planning


  • Plan and facilitate all stages of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage training program development and delivery to prepare users for go-live.
  • Create detailed cutover plans to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.


Post-Go-Live Support and Hypercare


  • Manage hypercare support, promptly addressing issues and maintaining oversight until stabilization.


Project Communications & Documentation


  • Ensure stakeholders are informed on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, change logs, and testing results.


Facilitating Business Process Discussions


  • Lead cross-functional discussions between technical teams and business units to align business processes with system capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, align stakeholders, and drive process development.



Qualifications:


  • Experience in manufacturing (preferably with automation).
  • Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial impacts of business transactions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
