As the NAM Services PMO Manager for BIOVIA, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes and ensuring operational excellence within the services entity. This role requires a dynamic leader to define and execute strategies that align with our mission to design new horizons through 3DEXPERIENCE virtual universes. In your day to day you will be: * Defining business plans to achieve P&L targets, project success and anticipate business evolution * Work with the sales team to define account winning strategy and ensure customer executive relationship * Assess staffing capacity and needs in relation with the anticipated business (sales pipeline), and propose the related strategy: hiring, internal reallocation of resources, subcontracting, partnering * Accountable of the service opportunities in the order review board process, for local validation or worldwide escalation * Protect Dassault Systemes' solution value, maximizing long term software value (industry process experience out of the box sales and deployment approach) * Ensure successful projects deployment of Dassault Systemes' software solutions working directly with customers and partners * Establish and manage risk and escalations mechanism to ensure smooth execution of successful projects and drive customer satisfaction Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field * 8-10 years of demonstrated PMO expertise within the Life Sciences industry * 2-4 years of experience leading a Services PMO team * Proven experience in managing PMO functions, preferably within a technology or software environment. * Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business value. * Experience in drafting proposal or statements of work. * Open and available to Travelling 10-15% Preferred Skills-

The total expected compensation range will be between $122,000-$175,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus".
