Job Title: Director, Clean Energy Workforce Programs (Grant Position) Department: Center for Workforce Development - DOE Clean Energy Grant The primary purpose of this position is the planning, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs under the Department of Energy's (DOE) Clean Energy Manufacturing Workforce Training. This is a grant funded position that will be responsible for managing Bucks recently received 2-million dollar grant from the DOE.This will include developing an HVAC Program, working with Small-to-Medium sized manufactures to provide customized employee training programs and coordinating with Lehigh University to provide energy efficiency training to all workforce development manufacturing students.The Director will be responsible for meeting all grant deliverables, including managing the grant budget, invoicing, tracking expenses, and grant reporting. In addition, responsibilities will include developing and managing curriculum, program development and implementation. Additional responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with various stakeholders, including students, instructors, business and union partners, and community partners. The position will also manage a coordinator and together they will be responsible for HVAC student outreach, recruitment and placement, case management, and representing CWD at promotional/community events.This position and all programming will take place at Bucks' brand-new state-of-the-art Center for Advanced Technologies at the Epstein Campus in Bristol, PA.
