Job Details Full time 36 hours/ week rotatingshiftsJeffSTAT is a medical transportation service owned and operated by Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. We transport patients to any receiving hospital. Critical care transport nurses, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians are on staff and available to respond 24 hours a day. Job Description The Critical Care Transport Paramedic is primarily responsible for providing care to patients during inter-facility and emergency transports following JeffSTAT's predetermined treatment protocols. The Critical Care Transport Paramedic acts as an ambassador of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), as he or she is often the first member of the Jefferson healthcare delivery team with whom the patient and their family will have contact.
