Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Supervise programming services and ensure compliance with the DBH/IDS contract.

• Oversee staff activity to maintain adherence to CRC-specific competencies and training requirements.

• Assist the Medical Director in complying with AEHN Quality Improvement (QI) requirements.

• Contribute to the completion and management of the CRC budget process.

• Ensure service delivery aligns with the functional and developmental needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

• Registered Nurse strongly desired

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field (required).

• Experience: Minimum of five years of clinical experience (required); at least two years of supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).

• Licenses/Certifications: Current Pennsylvania License in respective discipline (required).
