Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration, and active support of the University's Mission in Catholic and LaSallian higher education.
-Responsible for preparing accurate term setup and schedule roll to support Assistant Deans in scheduling process.
-Responsible for the classroom assignment process and setup and maintenance of 25Live system.
-Coordinate the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CourseLeaf
CLSS scheduling system.
-Work with IT and Assistant Deans or other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze data reports related to schedule.
-Enforce and educate the university community on class scheduling policies.
-Support special and non-traditional programs with unique course building needs within the context of scheduling policies.
-Responsible for helpdesk ticket support related to scheduling, including those related to billing issues and required mass registration corrections.
-Assist with graduation auditing and commencement related activities including assistance at each commencement ceremony.
-Execute and monitor a variety of system processes related to student records and scheduling to continually improve processes, workflows, and reporting to create more efficient systems and services.
-Identify, report, and resolve technical issues within the scheduling and administrative systems using appropriate protocols.
-Troubleshoot and resolve student registration issues and student records questions.
-Assist with registration and participate in new and transfer student orientations as requested.
-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve schedule and student records issues in collaboration with other offices on campus (i.e. Admissions, IT, Financial Aid, Business Office, helpdesk tickets, etc.).
-Evaluate and develop efficiencies in workflow and records processing, especially as related to the schedule processes.
-Inform and advise students, faculty and staff on academic policies and procedures related to student records and class scheduling.
-Enforce University and Office of the Registrar policies and procedures. Assist in training of other Office of the Registrar staff.
-Comply with
FERPA/
ADA and other applicable laws pertaining to academic records.
-Serve on University committees and/or task forces related to scheduling and space utilization/optimization or other committees as assigned.
-Assist in special projects and/or activities as needed.
-Perform other related duties as assigned |
