Administrative Assistant III

Hourly Rate: $23.00-$29.00, based on experience

Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, is seeking an Administrative Assistant supporting two regions in the Louisville, KY office.

What You'll Do



  • Provide administrative support and expertise within the organization and primarily for two regions.
  • Research, compile and proof department documents, maintain office supplies, process paperwork, receive visitors, read and route incoming mail, perform budget tracking and reporting.
  • Identify problems and makes recommendations as needed; compose semi-routine correspondence
  • Handle meetings and conference logistics; organize multiple projects with minimum oversight
  • Schedule appointments, respond to internal inquiries, generate and track reports. Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Complete data and information for reports and presentations, including chart and graph preparation
  • Maintain calendars for one or several executives and ensures appropriate preparation for daily activities; and make travel arrangements


    Qualifications



    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Four years of administrative support experience; must prior experience supporting at least two managers.
    • Must have specific experience developing and tracking reports as well as presentation development.
    • Hands on experience with maintaining office support, coordinating travel and tracking budgets.
    • Ability to handle confidential material appropriately. Demonstrated ability to used Microsoft Office Suite or automated systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, research skills and attention to detail.
    • Work in a team environment
