Primary Function: Lipscomb University's CORE Assessment Center program is nationally recognized as the first to use the Polaris Competency Model to award academic credit. The Assessment Center Director is responsible for overseeing the CORE Assessment Center program, which includes administering assessment centers, managing assessors, managing all center logistics, and teaching the academic course that includes the CORE Assessment Center. The Assessment Center Director will gain certification in the Polaris Competency Model as an Assessor and Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization and planning skills and the ability to problem-solve and make thoughtful decisions. Because the Director of Assessment engages with various constituents (students, assessors, corporate partners, etc.) they must have strong written/verbal communication skills, build meaningful relationships, be self-motivated, and work collaboratively. Masters (required) Experience
Minimum five (5) years professional experience.
Experience in counseling, testing, performance coaching, education, business, or HR management preferred. (preferred) |
