JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Tools & Automation Engineer (REQ# 200582290) in Seattle, Washington. Test quality and integrity of data collected for Apple Media products functioning as planned through understand of relevant technical concepts and end-user experience. Handle detailed testing and compiling analysis to ensure the products are functioning as planned and solve problems with limited definition, requiring collaboration with peers. Prepare and document test plans for entire team to utilize. Perform functional and regression tests using devices. Prioritize the most important bugs and differentiate what bugs need focus and determine appropriate support. Automate test cases via internal products and new utilities. Analyze, isolate bugs and write detailed bug report. Attend meetings with cross functional teams to understand requirements. Communicate results, status to different teams. Write and execute complex analytical SQL statements. Develop utilities for testing efficiencies.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,948 - $195,200/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
