ESA is looking for a senior-level Technical Advisor to join our Engineering and Hydrology based team. In this role, you will spearhead innovative projects, partnerships, and initiatives to address climate resilience, sustainable development, and environmental stewardship. With a proven track record in nature-based solutions, environmental research, and public-private partnerships, the ideal candidate will drive interdisciplinary collaboration and advance the integration of ecological principles into infrastructure systems. This role is to be on-call when needed to work on special projects and/or proposals. Who You Are
