Summary: The primary responsibility for this position is to build, maintain, and support an excellent internal CRM system for employees and customers. This role will need to be able to manipulate and standardize data, understand user sharing and visibility settings and build native flows/object components through declarative methods. Salesforce Lightning experience or demonstration of understanding is highly desired. APEX/Visualforce coding skills are not required but will be considered in the hiring process. Responsibilities:
Basic Salesforce organization maintenance including but not limited to: Flows and Approvals, creating/editing Permission Sets, Profiles/Page Layouts & Roles configuration, and Group/Queue management. Build and deliver custom reports with standard objects, custom objects, combinations of multiple objects, as well as custom report types. Demonstrate a strong understanding of data filtering logic and Salesforce field types. Review, configure, and deploy applications and managed packages from the Salesforce AppExchange. Maintain all relevant system and user permissions for excellent user functionality. Assist internal CRM users with ad-hoc needs in a timely and professional manner. Excellent communication with users including telephone follow-up, email communication and interpersonal social skills when meeting face to face. Collaborate with other departments to proactively address user needs and troubleshoot any system configuration-related issues that may arise. Establish individual and CRM platform goals with the CRM Administration Team.Determine appropriate strategies to attain goals and align items with product/service roadmaps. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in CRM cloud computing.
Education Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience is required Strong analytical skills for problem solving Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies Knowledge of database design and theories Familiarity with database management best practices Knowledge of IT security best practices Servant leadership Positive attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in financial industry is a plus, but not required Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar knowledge preferred Experience in Data Analysis/Data Stewardship preferred Lightning User Interface usage, customization, and Lightning component experience Trailhead badges and ongoing learning history to demonstrate Salesforce knowledge
