Position Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Salary: Based on Experience A Senior Human Resources Generalist job in the southern Milwaukee, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of human resources experience with experience in benefit administration, payroll processing and policy development and compliance. In this position, you will act as a point of contact for employees for inquiries and conflicts, provide training, and administer new policies and programs. This position will also complete payroll processing and time keeping, administer company benefits, and maintain employee files. Senior Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Act as a HR resource for employees. - Coordinate and manage employee benefit programs. - Administer new HR policies and programs and ensure compliance. - Payroll processing and timekeeping. - Onboard employees. - Maintain employee files and data. Senior Human Resources Generalist Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of Human Resources experience with strong knowledge of benefits administration. - Payroll processing experience required. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism with strong communication skills. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
