G3 Digital Instructor / Course Developer

Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO

Employment Class: Full Time Regular

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly (SCA)

SCA Hourly Rate: $23.88 + $4.57 hourly H&W benefit

Position Summary:

Advancia Government Services (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified C2/G3 Technical Instructor / Course Developer to support all MSCoE G3 simulation exercises occurring within the MSCoE Digital Training Facility (DTF).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Exercise/perform the higher command and control function and act as the observer/controller for simulation training events.
* Must be able to provide digital battle support for all digigtal training occurring within the DTF.
* Must be familiar with battle command systems instruction including training and training support with the systems Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Blue Force Tracker (BFT), and Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P) for the Captain's Career (CCC), Basic Officer Leadership (BOLC) and Advanced Leader (ALC) and Senior Leader (SLC) Courses for USAES, USAMPS, and USACBRNS

Education & Experience Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Two (2) years military instructor experience and training. CFD-C Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course or AFSC Advanced Facilitation Skills Course preferred
* Must be familiar with the C2 Battle Command Systems
* Experience in simulations operations
* Experience working within BDE or BN Staff and MDMP
* Professional communication skills both written and verbal

Additional Requirements:

* Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport
* Must pass a Tier 1 investigation that has been favorably adjudicated by the DoD CAF (or locally) for CAC eligibility and network access
* Ability to provide operator-level training in a classroom environment in accordance with established Training Support Packages (TSP) often in a train the trainer role
* Able to work efficiently with office software and applications
* Ability to learn and implement new systems as needed

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:

* Some walking and standing required.
* You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.
* Most of the work is performed indoors
* Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
* Requires standing periodically
* Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend
