The School of Education and Human Development at the University of Virginia (UVA) seeks applicants to teach one-credit academic courses in the Lifetime Physical Activity (LPA) program in the Department of Kinesiology for the Spring 2025 semester. Sports and activities (likely) in need of instructors include, but are not limited to:
Courses are primarily scheduled during the day in alignment with UVA's academic schedule. These are not group fitness classes, but academic courses aimed at providing undergraduate students a progression of knowledge and skill to be life-long movers. The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment. This position will also require an Education Verification.
