The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support and Maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (RHIS) and ensures delivery of high-quality services and products to internal customers. Serves as a point -of-contact for the system, system configuration, ensures data integrity, tests system changes and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities. Designs, develops and delivers integration and security solutions to internal and external customers. Serves as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, integrations, Security, Payroll and HR Financial setups. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with a high level of customer service. Responsible for day-to-day HRIS operations and projects as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality and appropriate discretion. What will you do?
