ROLE SUMMARY: Our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be a business partner to hiring managers and business leaders to acquire talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition team is client-facing and dedicated by specialty area. As a member of this team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will define and execute sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. While partnering with the hiring manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will represent Quanterix to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, as well as all Talent Acquisition Team Members, will raise up attractiveness issues to the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to ensure quality hiring. In addition to day-to-day recruitment efforts, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner represents Talent Acquisition & Human Resources on decisions related to recruitment tools and strategies that impact the function. WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be able to partner with hiring managers, and other members of the hiring team, to develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will: Serve as an HR Business Partner with an expertise in Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Provide counsel to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions, and during the recruitment lifecyle, of changing market conditions In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source with a variety of tools, assess candidates via MS Teams 'Recruiter Interview', ensure internal and external market equity, shortlist, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process and negotiate offers Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers Assist managers with hiring decisions and negotiations Provide recommendations on Outreach events and Recruitment tools; participate in various recruitment related events relative to Workforce Development, Early Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Raise up attractiveness issues to Hiring Managers, HR Partner, and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team Assists with reporting on staffing when needed Give voice to Aged Requisitions; educate & solution Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ATS experience with Greenhouse, Paycor Recruiting &/or Workday Recruiting Experience working in Talent Acquisition for a federal contractor, understanding of OFCCP recruitment compliance EXPECTATIONS, LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Work from Billerica, MA, office; minimum of 2 days a week Ability to communicate prolifically with presence and impact Attentive listening, be present to non-verbal cues, reiterate and clarify Values others, communicate ideas, operates with kindness Professionally persistent; drive fundamentals and enhancements Ability to explain, influence and negotiate Ability to think beyond existing solutions Ability to act decisively Courage to provide counsel to hiring managers and senior business leaders Comfort in mentoring others Motivated by candidate and Hiring Manager customer experience Ability to work independently and proactively Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Introduce new ideas, design a new future Resilient & Versatile; demonstrate grit and your ability to adapt to change Ability to solve complex problems and analyze issues; take initiative to collaborate with others to do so Commercial Awareness: stay up-to-date with industry and market standards; enhance your expertise Ability to learn new TA Technologies and tools Ability to learn global employment laws and US OFCCP, comfort communicating with clients Experience participating in Good Faith Outreach efforts; success building diverse applicant pipelines WHY YOU'LL LIKE WORKING WITH US: Our Technology: Quanterix' technology is designed to enable much earlier disease detection, better prognoses and enhanced treatment methods to improve the quality of life and longevity of the population for generations to come.
