What You Will Learn:

This position assists Salary Planning in developing budgets /trends for headcount and personnel costs, prepares and presents analyses, and assists in the monthly financial close. This includes the integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in financial systems.

  • Assist manager with headcount and personnel budgeting, trend forecasts, and financial analyses
  • Prepare Ad hoc requests/reports, prepare and deliver presentations
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly general ledger closing, account analysis and reconciliation
  • Personnel Reporting in Financial System
  • YTD Actual Analysis vs trend

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Position requires a bachelor degree
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear and concise and to influence and understand their audience.
  • Ability to extract data and have an understanding of relational data base concepts to merge, transfer files to meaningful creation of reports.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on specific situation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data is desirable.
  • Experience in dealing with budgets is desirable.

Salary Range: $Minimum-$Midpoint (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
